Title Principal Responsibilities Requirements / Qualifications
Business Development Manager
  • Responsible for engaging and selling
    • Document Management & Workflow Solutions
    • Business Process Outsourcing services
  • Develop sales activities to achieve company goals and targets
  • Generate and follow up sales leads
  • Identify and develop Document Management Solutions opportunities from existing & potential customers
  • Maintain consistently a harmonious & close working relationship with customers on future business growth
  • Explore and understand customer’s requirement and fulfill their satisfaction through professional design and one stop shop solutions
  • Higher Diploma/Degree holder with at least 3 years working experience
  • Experience in Document Management or IT solutions is preferably
  • Able to work independently and to provide professional value added services to address customer needs.
  • Able to demonstrate exceptional relationship management, negotiation and analytical skills coupled with the capacity to acquire technical knowledge and engage with people at all levels
  • Excellent communication skills with good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
  • Good personality with strong selling and presentation skills
Solution Manager
  • Lead and collaborate internally for the new service, product and solution launching for Hong Kong, Singapore or other regions
  • Engage in whole pre-sales cycle, including customer meetings, user requirement study, presentation and demonstration, proposal writing and RFP/tender submission.
  • Liaise with Service Delivery Team for post-sales follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Provide new products/solutions training internally for both Hong Kong and Singapore Business Development team to expand the business opportunity
  • Assist GM to prepare sales & marketing presentation pitch
  • Perform other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in selling business solutions
  • Good knowledge in Mobile Technology / Cloud Technology / Software Solutions / Business Intelligence system
  • Knowledge in Document Scanning/Digitization is preferred
  • Excellent in presentation, communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong at project management and analytical skill
  • Proactive attitude and willing to accept challenges
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
Management Trainee
  • Attach to General Manager and other senior executives of the organization to participate business and management meetings
  • Assist General Manager to prepare for the flow chart, project design diagram, proposal writing and presentation material
  • Involve in day-to-day operation
  • Conduct research and data analysis for the business/market outlook
  • Perform other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or related disciplines
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome
  • Good knowledge in Mobile Technology / Cloud Technology / Software Solutions / Business Intelligence system
  • Familiar in Microsoft Office & illustration software such as Microsoft Visio or Adobe Illustrator
  • Excellent in presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Strong at project management and analytical skill
  • Fast learner and willing to accept challenges
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
